COVID-19 UPDATE (from 01.04.2022)

The clinic is open.

Following government guidelines all medical clinics are open.

There have been a few changes to ensure the ongoing safety of both patients and podiatrist:-

Patients are still advised to wear a face covering at all times (unless a medical condition prevents this) and to wait in their car to be collected at their appointment time.

If coming by foot, there will be a covered seat outside the clinic door. You will only be coming into contact with myself (the sole podiatrist in full PPE).

Protective screens have been put up in the clinic, between the patient and podiatrist over the clinic couch and at the payment desk.

Covid protective clothing (PPE) will be worn by the podiatrist. Hand gel will be done at the door before entering the clinic. All surfaces touched by the patient will be decontaminated between treatments and the whole clinic will be deep cleaned at the end of the day. The clinic room will be ventilated between patients and the door and window can be left open if requested.  I have been triple vaccinated as a health care practitionner, and undergo weekly lateral flow tests.

If the patient has been in contact with a person suffering with Covid-19  in the last week or have acquired any of the Covid symptoms; please let the podiatrist know straight away prior to the appointment.

Contactless and debit card payments can be made  in clinic, using protective payment machine covers. Otherwise payments by cash or BACS are accepted.
